This privacy policy for the Noise Buddy app details how we collect, use and protect all your data obtained from the app and its corresponding smartwatch. We value your trust for sharing your information with us. Making sure that all our customers are aware of the terms of our privacy policy allows us to provide you with the best possible services. Information

The information we collect can include:
1. Personal details - first & last name, username, DOB, gender, and/or other similar identifier.
2. Contact details: This includes your billing address, email and phone number.
3. Third-party data: This includes your name, phone number and photo (optional).
4. Daily usage data: We collect daily information on how you interact with the app to optimise your experience.
5. Device data: This includes things like your phone number, network information, internet provider, operating system, location, time and other such technical information.
6. Profile information: Data related to your username, password and security pin.
7. Audio/Visual data: This includes your pictures and call recordings. (optional)
8. Location information: We collect your location data and follow all safe zone parameters.
9. When you connect the Noise Buddy app to a corresponding smartphone we collect the location information of both the smartphone and the smartwatch. This data is collected to assist parents/caregivers determine the wearer's location. If the background location on your device is turned on, we will periodically collect your location information even when you may not be directly using our services.
10. Health data: This includes height, weight, daily activity levels, general physical ability and any pre-existing medical conditions.
How is your information collected?
Your personal information can be collected from a number of sources.
Information provided by you
The following information is collected directly from you - any form of communication with us, any information revealed while filling a form in an application or survey. We also collect your information when you have availed any form of our service. Sometimes a full report for all such information may also be generated.
This information is used to check, improve and maintain our existing services. It can also be used in correspondence to you, when you may raise a query in regard to our services.

Upon using our app or corresponding services, data is collected to develop future advertisements and offers.
Location data is also collected in a number of ways. This includes tracking your GPS, nearby Wi-Fi networks and mobile tower location.
Upon pairing your Noise kids smartwatch to the Noise Buddy app, the location of the wearers device is sent to our servers. The accuracy of the location is similar to the location data that a parent or guardian has access to via the Noise Buddy app.
Third party information
Information is collected from other sources which may include trusted partners and service providers with whom we operate emails, accounts, ads and social media networks. Information can also be received from retailers when there may be a customer service issue. All data collected, used and disclosed via third parties is subject to the third parties privacy policy.
